The Site provides information about our Rottweiler breeding program, our dogs, and upcoming litters. All content on the Site is for general informational purposes only.

2. No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing

Information about litters, due dates, puppy availability, and pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell a puppy, a reservation, or a guarantee that a puppy will be available to you. Placement on our waitlist does not guarantee a puppy.

3. Puppy Sales Are Governed by a Separate Written Agreement

All puppy sales, deposits, health guarantees, and related terms are governed exclusively by the written Puppy Purchase Agreement signed by the buyer and Den of Rotties — not by these Terms or any content on the Site. In the event of any conflict between the Site and a signed Puppy Purchase Agreement, the signed agreement controls.

4. Deposits and Payments

We do not process payments through the Site. Any deposits or payments are arranged directly between you and us through third-party services (such as Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. Deposit terms, including whether a deposit is refundable, are set out in our Puppy Purchase Agreement or communicated to you in writing before you pay.

5. Contact Forms and Communications

By submitting your contact information through our forms, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or text message about your inquiry, our waitlist, and litter availability. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message and asking to be removed, or by emailing us.

6. Our Content Belongs to Us

All photos, text, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of Den of Rotties. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content — including photos of our dogs — for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. Sharing links to the Site is always welcome.

7. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site — including anything about dog health, training, nutrition, or care — is provided for general information only and is not veterinary or professional advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding the health and care of your dog.
